I tried this salmon fillet liner and I think this product cooks them faster than a paper liner. I made bacon this morning and it turned out great. in the dishwasher and washed well with no change in appearance or performance. Since I have two I think I'll keep one for fish and one for other items in case it starts to smell, but so far so good. I love that you don't have to throw away the parchment paper.
