My husband is 2.40 m tall and when I bought him traditional men's socks, the heel of the sock always landed on his ankle. After all, these socks are sizes 6-12, what do you expect when the range is so big? He was never satisfied with that. So when I asked him what he wanted for Father's Day, he replied that the socks were the right size for him. After looking at men's socks and couldn't find anything smaller, I switched to boys' socks and found that while these sizes 3-9 are still in the 6th size range, the upper limit is the size of his foot. I decided to go ahead and buy him a bag and see if they fit. I think they are a bit big but they fit MUCH BETTER. The heel is actually where the heel should be! It's amazing and he's delighted with his gift. He makes fun of him because he wants men's socks, but if they fit.
