Normal for the money turntable and accessories

I knew that for the price it was just an ordinary turntable. The pre-installed needle did not survive the delivery. I immediately had to use the replacement part that came with it. The card in the box to be used to report problems/contact the manufacturer had an email address that is no longer valid. So I had to buy more needles online. It's not worth the headache of sending it back for a replacement. It was a gift and the feelings were spoiled. I will probably not buy from this manufacturer again.
