Arrived on time and as described. Installation was easy, requiring no special tools or electrical knowledge as I already had a 50 amp 240 volt outlet in my garage (for a welder). I bought a 6-50 to 14-50 termination adapter and so far it's working as advertised after a few cycles. Our new Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid takes about two hours to fully charge instead of about 15 hours when connected to 120 volts. So far so good - I can't say anything about durability or long-term quality, but it's a good device.
