Okay, let's be honest. I would now like to make 3.5 a condition with the possibility of increasing it. You see I used the IG stripper to remove dried water stains. Yes, it's easy to apply, but rinsing it off with water is a joke. Even the pressure washer couldn't remove the paste. The instructions might be better to apply the paste, then wipe it off with a towel and then possibly use water to wash off any remaining powder that may be left behind. Now for the results... My windshield has improved but there were some stains left after going through the whole process and following with IG cleaner! Like I said, I might give it a higher rating if I do it again, but I'm doing it twice to double the effort. I don't mind sticking my elbow in a job if it works. However, I will update this review once I get to this iterative process. I wanted to post a review so people know who is buying it, is doing it for the first time and wipes the wax/paste off the application with a dry towel and then rinses with water. This may work best for most people with extensive water stains, like mine. Worth the money, very likely, and as I said, will be updated when I get a chance to use the two-app method.
