The classic idea behind the poodle skirt is not just that it has a poodle on it, but that it's fluffy underneath. We were very surprised that there was no tulle under the dress. It took about 2 weeks to ship this costume which is not bad for China. Apart from now having to buy or sew a tulle petticoat, it is very cute, comfortable and my daughter is very happy.
