Packaging: The mouse pad was packed in a simple but sturdy box. I really liked that they included a sheet of paper with helpful tips. Most of the advice was pretty good, but they also made me realize that the rug is machine washable. It was definitely helpful to know. Quality: I am very happy with the quality of this mouse pad. The stitched edges are a really nice touch and feature. The stitching looks great, there are no snags or gaps in the lines. Since the stitching on the edges is thick and strong, it adds a bit of "lip" to the outside edge. I really like this because it lets me know I've hit the edge of the carpet before moving the mouse away from the edge. Others may hate it; I think it all comes down to personal preference. Appearance: It's just a black mouse pad in many ways, but the stitched edges make it much nicer than mouse pads that are just a thin piece. Customer Service: I don't need customer service (it's a mouse pad after all) but they are one of the few sellers I've bought from that have contacted me after my purchase to make sure I'm happy with everything. It really impressed me; It's so rare to get a personal touch like this. If I were to do it again I would happily buy it again. I am considering buying another one for work.
