Don't buy if you plan to solder.
Good quality conductor and insulator. The negative blue end is a copper conductor and the positive, transparent end (silver wire) is copper clad aluminum. This is not stated in the product description. Copper Clad Aluminum (CCA) will not tin, solder, or get wet no matter what flux I use. I'm afraid I need to use a different cable for my application.
