Records 4K video very well. Doesn't get hot or warm after hours of use like some small docks I've used. Tons of ports: VGA is a nice touch for the surprising number of conference rooms that still don't have HDMI. The card reader doesn't show up as a removable drive like some docking stations, meaning you don't have to worry about "removable drive warnings" from your IT department. The port layout is pretty good too; I usually complain that these n-in-one docks have a ton of cables coming from all sides, but the right and back (with the USB-C cable underneath) contain most of your most important ports. I also thought the headphone jack on the side of the laptop was a nice touch. I recommend. One of the best docks in this style.
