Review on Theater Solutions SUB8SM Slim Subwoofer in Mahogany Finish - 8-Inch Slim Profile by Adam Jenkins

I read many reviews to decide if this compact subwoofer would work in my small living room with a Dolby Atmos receiver and my 65" OLED TV. Well I'm as happy as can be. The previous subwoofer was too big and loud enough to startle me over heavy bass scenes in the music. I had to turn on the subwoofer to get a good foundation for such great music. I ordered the SUB8SM and it arrived the next day. ! I've listened to music and movies and I can say the bass is perfect! Not too boomy and not so absent from quiet scenes and pieces of music. Precisely. It can make the room rumble when I need it, but it's just the right balance for the rest of my speaker system at the moment. I can't be happier! I played around with the crossover and subwoofer and got exactly what I needed in no time. Like many rca splitter reviews, I knew ahead of time to order the right rca splitter. This sub has a right and left input, which is odd since the sub only has one channel. One of the reviews I read said the wood paneling was plastic. I do not think so. Looks great and not cheap!
