I do a lot of my shopping online, so I was thrilled to give Froolu a shot for the things I need for my house and kitchen. My interactions with the business, on the whole, did not leave me feeling particularly satisfied. In the first place, my shipment arrived later than anticipated, which meant that I was without some important kitchen items for a longer period of time than I had anticipated. When my order did eventually arrive, I discovered that the products were of a poorer quality than I had anticipated. The dish towels were paper-thin and flimsy, and the placemats had rough corners and appeared to be of low-quality construction. I was extremely dissatisfied with the response I received from the customer support team at Froolu when I attempted to convey my feelings of discontent. They did not provide any solutions or alternatives and gave the impression that they were not interested in addressing my concerns. It was abundantly obvious that they placed a higher priority on making a sale than on ensuring that the customer was satisfied. In general, I was dissatisfied not only with the quality of the products but also with the lack of concern shown by the team providing customer support. I will not be using Froolu in the future for my house and kitchen necessities, and I am unable to recommend their services to anyone else.
