I can't upload pictures showing what this has done to my body after wearing it once while walking because Amazon filters it out BUT those huge bumps are at the seams are located just under the armpits and dig into the body with every movement. They are on both sides and cause a lot of pain and discomfort. In the first photo, the bra is turned inside out so you can see how thick the seam is. In the other two photos, the bra looks like you're wearing it. The nubs are pressed into your body. Its design is so bad and painfully unwearable. DO NOT BUY.
