Don't buy if you have Snow White and Indian hair.

I ordered Onyx. With great anticipation and reluctance, I applied it to virgin snow-white hair. I am Native American and my hair color is naturally black. However, after being in critical condition for more than three months, my hair started to turn gray. I put this on my gray hair the night before I started my new high-level management job. After waiting for the appointed time, I took a shower. When I got out of the shower, I realized my hair was dark purple. When I saw that my new employer wouldn't be happy with an executive with her favorite hair color since her hair was temporarily partially dyed (black and purple was cool), I started washing my hair at least five times. My hair has changed from amethyst purple to fuchsia. When I saw that it was before 10pm Monday, I ran to the nearest grocery store and had to buy permanent black paint. I am returning this item in hopes that the seller will put things right with their very upset customer. Been ill for so long, hair fell out in clumps that barely covered his head. Due to the need to dye my hair black, my hair falls out faster. I bought Overtone because I read the reviews and was confident that my hair would not fall out like permanent color. Severely upset and disappointed

  • The pure depot formula works well on many hair tones but is not guaranteed to cover naturally white or gray hair. Results will vary on hair that has not been colored, treated, bleached or pre-lightened.
