I was a little hesitant to buy one of these, thinking I couldn't get the creases out. But from the moment I received it I was pleasantly surprised. Despite the little things, the packaging was excellent. not carelessly thrown into a plastic bag and shipped. The guide to removing shipping creases worked great. These baskets are not only beautiful, but also made with craftsmanship. I liked it so much I bought 5 more!
