I have replaced the aging, blackened 12v incandescent bulbs in my house with these and am very pleased. They are quite bright, with a slightly warm color temperature, neither too white nor too blue. They are easy to install and smaller than original bulbs. The fact that they generate little heat and consume part of the glow current is definitely a plus. This means we don't have to worry about the batteries draining when they are not connected to 'shore power'. The price is also very reasonable for what they are.
