Review on Pink Power Cordless Electric Fabric Scissors Box Cutter: Perfect Craft, Sewing, Cardboard & Scrapbooking Tool by Tara Ford

Although I bought them in 2018 I only used them a few months ago. I checked that they work when I received them and found the charger not charging so the company sent me a new charger straight away. Not sure why it took me so long to start using - I guess old habits just die - but WOW! I was amazed by the power - denim and thick seams cut through like butter. I make rag rugs so I was very excited because cutting or tearing the material is much harder on the hands. In the second month of use, the battery began to fail. I would charge it fully but it would run out of juice within 5-10 minutes and it would turn itself on and off even when it was on. Then my material started to pile up in the scissors and it was almost impossible to remove without ripping it off. I was so sad. I thought all was lost because I bought it (after the Amazon return date). Looking through the box and instructions for clues, I saw they gave me a 2 year guarantee! And I was in that time, so I called and left a message (it was after hours.) By god, the next morning, clear and early, they emailed me saying they did the whole thing would replace! Now THAT is customer service! I will be telling all my Rag Rugging folks about you and your wonderful company. Thanks very much! (Oh, an explanation was offered which might have been that I left it lying around without using the battery or charging for over a year - that might have been the problem - but they were willing to help me!)
