Excellent and very functional petrol tank. The fuel supply switch is easy to use, and the "on" buttons and "reserve" work. The whole tank is plastic and the fenders are very strong. I recently completed the Oregon Country Discovery Route on this bike, a trail system that stretches from north to south Oregon. Crossing the creek I threw the bike on its side pretty hard and there was no damage. The design of this tank is very good and the extra capacity is essential for adventure driving. The product originally came with a defective fuel selector. The seller sent me a new one within 2 days which works fine. Note: To get full performance, you must fill up the bike when it is level. Also, be sure to tighten the filler cap securely, otherwise fuel will spill out.
