It worked! A few months ago where my knees were coming together, I had intermittent pain that was getting worse and limited my range of motion, especially in my left knee. When it got so bad that I started limping, I went to see my doctor who thought the problem might be arthritis. She suggested it was likely a chronic condition and recommended painkillers to reduce pain and swelling, which helped, but only temporarily. After a few weeks I decided to put this pillow between my knees while I sleep. I'm so happy I did! OVERNIGHT the pain decreased by about 50% and the next morning by almost 100%. I'm guessing I must have been sleeping on my side at night and clenching my knees - possibly hurt a nerve? I hope that with regular use, the discomfort will go away completely. I would have preferred it to be a bit smaller and less firm, but it does the job well, has a zipped case so I can easily wash it every now and then, and was the only model at this price point with a strap to fasten it during sleep time is very important. Very satisfied!
