I bought the tracker about a month ago and was impressed with the ease of use. There are features that I would like to improve over time, but for the price I think this is already a great solution. I have exchanged several messages with the support team and they have been VERY helpful. Some of the answers pointed out what I was doing wrong, like trying to use a feature that was in beta. But the other answers should have noted that they will be making improvements and they will be available in a few days. I'm excited to see what other features they add over the next few months. Depending on the location of the OBD II port in a particular vehicle, an extension cable may be a good addition. The device may be small, but it's also not difficult to accidentally turn it off.
