My hands cramp when holding my phone or e-book. So I bought a Tablift tablet stand to use when sitting in my chair. It works great for my e-reader, but I've found that I also need something to hold my phone. I figured a bike phone holder would work on one of the stand's metal arms. And it is. I had to relocate the part that fits over the stand as the stand's grips are not as large as a bicycle handlebar. But I used some foam padding and it works fine.
