This converter does what I need but unfortunately it drops the signal. At first I thought it was because my set top box went to sleep. When this happened, the extractor also went to sleep, but didn't reinitialize when I turned the STB back on. I had to restart the extractor. So I disabled the power saving mode on the set top box, but after a few hours of using the set top box, the device still lost the signal even though the indicators were lit. Again a reboot was required. I wrote to the supplier but received no reply. Time to choose another device. UPDATE: Contacted support. A new block is coming. I'll comment again if I try. 2. UPDATE: Unfortunately, the new module did not solve the problem. Still no signal.
