So yes it is expensive for the funnel but now that my car is out of warranty I will be changing the oil myself and don't see a good way to avoid oil spills avoid everywhere. This thing is built for professional mechanical use and is made in the USA! It fits perfectly and securely on my 2014 Audi S4 with V6 3.0 TFSI engine. Try it on a 2016 VW Passat SE 4 cylinder 1.8 liter TSI engine and it will NOT fit this car's engine although that is not a problem as I will only be changing the oil at Audi for the moment.
