Dry flat or picture can be destroyed.
Very disappointing was that the picture stuck together and collapsed the first time it dried. I followed the directions and tumble dried on low heat. After finding it, I tried to gently separate it, but it wouldn't budge. So I tried to separate it again after 30 minutes in the dryer but it was too late. The instructions should state to dry flat.
