Looks used just boxed

After reading some of the reviews and getting mine I was so disappointed. It looks used. The wand itself should be plastic or something. The cord wasn't even wrapped, it's very obvious that it was used or poorly made. The so-called gold wand isn't gold, and there are a lot of gold spots in some places, like a film of hairspray or something. I haven't even tried it, it's just gross! I would happily buy another one and return this one in the hopes of actually getting a brand new one. My stylist recommended this to her, it looks brand new even after long use. Very disappointed
