Let’s start off with the pros of the product. I like how the mount comes with a swivel and spring for my water bag. It swings good for dodging and ducking drills. The mount can move different positions so I can tuck my punching bag to the side when not in use. So far there isn’t issues with warping or bending. The material appears to be sturdy for now. The price is very reasonable and its not breaking the bank compared to the other mounts out there. Now for the cons of the product. This wasn’t a big issue for me but I’m sure it would be for people who haven’t set up a mount before, it doesn’t come with any instructions. It comes with the mount and the hardware. The other con is adjusting the mount to tuck the punching bag away is a bit tough. It is a nut and bold that keeps the mount in position. To change the position you have to undo the nut and bolt which is a bit inconvenient. It would have been better if it came with a cotter pin you can just pull out or push in. Pulling the bolt out is difficult after the nut is off. You have to lift the punching bag in order to align the holes for the bolt to come out. The same goes when you put the bolt in. So far its works for what I need it for and the price is good.
