I usually wear 7M. Brooks Ghost Sz 7 is perfect every time. This shoe is narrower in the toe area and even slightly shorter in the toe area. At first I would like to increase the size by 1/2, but now that I break them in I think they will be fine. The wound healing was also initially tight and chafing but after wearing them all day they seemed to loosen up a bit. These are very light shoes and appear to be well made; let's see how long they last. Although next time I need the shoes I'll probably go back to the Brooks Ghost so I can undo the hacking process.
