So, the rating for this is subject to change.Pros: The picture on the app is great. Night vision comes through very clearly. Setup is fairly easy.Cons: The web viewing is terrible. Choppy video is anything but desirable.Loses connection every 5 minutes, and you have to click back and reconnect. I've contacted support about this (I'll get to that in a moment) and I gave them step by step issue and detail on what was happening and what I did (which was step by step what they made me so anyway). What's worse, is you have to do this crap through email. I can't find a support number for Hubble connect anywhere. I don't have time to respond via ail and wait for a return email.Tonight took the cake for me. This particular camera lost connection and I couldn't get it connected back. Even tried deleting the camera and re-pairing it. No success. Kept getting "error 5", which means 'their server or your router/internet'. It's not on my end. After checking their server status, I noticed they did have issues earlier, but said it was fixed and operational. Still couldn't pair the camera. I moved my other working camera, then when I powered it up, THAT camera couldn't connect. This is frustrating considering my baby is 3 months old and I paid a lot of money for these cameras to work.Now, I don't know whether to blame Motorola or Hubble. Either way, I'm getting fed up not getting live support.****UPDATE****Still no support from either Motorola or Hubble. Sent in another request in the Hubble app, because this connection between Hubble and the camera are complete asscheeks. Thanks for caring, guys. (Not to forget, no one has even commented on this review to try and settle things).
