If you're looking for a decent-sized Sputnik, this might be it. I will say that glass balls are very fragile. Maximum. We broke 2 before they reached the light, very thin glass. Also, the bulbs included in the kit emit a very white light, there is nothing warm inside. Almost sterile. I tried 4 different sets of bulbs and another quirky thing is that the bulbs have to be 10v which is not easy to find when you want a warmer colour. I have exchanged several emails with the manufacturer and give them credit for being very responsive and helpful. If I were to design this myself, the glass ball would definitely need to be strengthened and they would need to look for different lamp options. Also, you won't discover most of this until the light is installed, which is a pain.
