*Update* Support tried to solve the problem and sent a new product. This one used the Tuya Smart App and worked great. I bought two of these that had the same problems. I asked if they would send another one using the Tuya app, they said they would send but sent the one using the bad Apollo app. I emailed them again after trying a new one on the Apollo app and saying it didn't work. They responded with a Revain link to buy a controller that costs the same as the entire lighting kit. Overall, I was impressed at first, but now I'm extremely dissatisfied. I would recommend another brand. The LEDs are nice and bright and installation was easy. However, app/wi-fi management needs serious help. I set them up as night lights for my kids to turn on at 8:30pm and turn off at 6:30am. However, I found that it doesn't turn on half the time and doesn't turn off at the scheduled time. You need to open the application and turn it on and off manually. I've also noticed that they turn on randomly throughout the day.
