For reference, I have had my bag since November 2019 and have not been too "rough" with the bag. I use it to carry my work PC, folders and other work essentials. Pros: Storage wise this bag is great, it has more storage than I know what to do with. (Because of this I literally have empty pockets, a big problem). I also appreciate the MOLLE on the side, it easily attaches to my keychain. Cons: build quality. This bag is terrible. The stitching on most pockets is unraveling and the stitching on the buckles is almost gone (I rarely have this bag full so that's a big problem). The top zip of the main compartment has nice foam padding to protect the contents of the bag. Unfortunately this protective element was torn wide and I had to remove this foam as it dangled and barely held in place. In addition, the Velcro on the carrying handle has been removed and can no longer "stick" (see second picture). At first I got compliments on the bag but it looks like it went through hell and came back in less than a year. and I can't wear it to work anymore because of the bad image. My $0.02: The bag is great if you want to swap it out every 7 or 8 months or upgrade the stitching. myself. I will not buy this bag again and would advise you to avoid it, ESPECIALLY if you plan to travel with it. I'm not sure what I'm going to switch to, but I think it will be leather and unfortunately not as "fancy".
