Review on Logitech ERGO K860 wireless keyboard graphite by Micha Puzio ᠌

Revainrating 4 out of 5

I like everything, the quality is good, the price is acceptable.

I use a month. Not a bad keyboard, especially for work, but far from ideal. There are times to get used to. For example, the location of some characters, the distance between the keys for combinations (Ctrl + C, Ctrl + V). For games where the left hand on WASD, the edge of the palm hangs from the stand - somewhat uncomfortable. And in other usage scenarios, there is also a feeling that the stand area on the left is not enough. The buttons in the lower left corner (Shift, Ctrl) are stubby, cut off to please the design idea that the right and left edges of the keyboard should be parallel. It would be much more convenient if the left edge was at the same angle as the left block of keys: neither the keys nor the stand would have to be cut. Due to the curved shape, the height of the fit relative to a conventional flat keyboard is necessary to ensure that the hands lie correctly. Those. either slightly lower the table or slightly raise the seat of the chair.

Pros
  • - tactile sensations - quiet enough - resistant to pollution
Cons
  • There is a software issue: when you press the media keys for a long time, the volume control "freezes", i. E. the key has already been released, and the software continues to decrease or increase the volume, as a result, it sticks to either 0 or 100% and does not change either by further pressing or through the OS interface (in my case, Win 10). You can cure it only by turning off and on the keyboard again.
