My 15 hour QH left ankle bleeding with sores. I have tried other ankle guards/boots but they never stay in place. I've had them for a week now and his ankle looks a lot better. He now has scabs which is an improvement and a step towards recovery. They actually stayed where they were. I keep him in the stable at night. No matter how fluffy the shavings are, he turns in circles and pushes almost all of his shavings into the wall. Then when he goes to bed I think if ever there was a horse with Restless Legs Syndrome it would be him. He tore the tag off the left tag. It just proves to me that when he's lying in the stall he moves a lot, causing hock sores. This product has proven itself. I also like that they are labeled "left/right". I plan on ordering another pair as a backup as it looks like he wears them every night.
