Review on Sound Addicted Isolation Pads Soundbar by Aaron Vang

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Not bad though. in speaker accessories

For full disclosure, I used these pads with a Yamaha SR-B20A soundbar. I tried placing the pads in several different configurations but couldn't find a setup that was physically stable - the pads lacked traction and slid too much. Cleaning around the soundbar was also a challenge - every time I removed the soundbar from the pads, they flew apart and I had to rearrange them. These pads absorb some low-frequency vibrations, but not all; I could place my hands on furniture surfaces and feel the vibrations synced to the built-in subwoofers. I ended up installing the soundbar using the USX universal soundbar mount - this created a cleaner and more stable setup, but I had to turn the subwoofer volume down a few notches.

Pros
  • Slim design
Cons
  • Long delivery time
