Review on Edge Products 84130 Insight Monitor by Arnold Carrigan

I've had this monitor for a little over 2 years and it's always had some issues. Now the touchscreen is unresponsive. Every time I touch the screen, the monitor beeps, but nothing else happens. I did all the updates yesterday which was a painful process with buggy update software hoping it would fix the problem but to no avail. After speaking to Edge this morning, they tell me the touchscreen is broken and the warranty on this problematic overpriced item is only 1 year. Now I have to send it to Edge for repair for $99 plus shipping. From now on, I stay away from the bad development of Edge Products. Don't waste your hard-earned money.
