I'm having trouble connecting my Canon printer. The laptop found the printer but did not connect. The driver was not pre-installed and the firewall is preventing the correct driver from being downloaded and installed. I called HP customer service Ali and shop manager Malcolm and they refused to help me saying I would have to pay for customer service to fix this problem. This is a brand new computer and they want me to pay to learn how to hook up my printer. The printer works with my iPhone and Fire tablet, so this is an HP issue. Disappointed with HP, will not buy from them again.
