Review on LEARN by John Pound

I like how easy it is for employees to access their information from anywhere through mobile devices or desktop computers. They have made changes in order to improve efficiency such as reducing wait times at checkouts. The program has helped me organize my time more efficiently than before so that i am able to focus better on other things aside of work related issues. There are many features but they haven't been fully implemented yet. It's hard to see what else there will be added over the next few years since this version hasn't changed much. This software allows me to keep track of all employee hours spent working while also keeping them up to date regarding any upcoming deadlines.
