Doesn't quite fit and core fails on first use.

This is the first time I have tried an RFC BBS filter that is not made by Culligan. Somehow the sizes don't match which is causing my Culligan HD-950 case to leak during installation. Also, during the few moments it was under pressure, part of the fabric core inside broke off and could be seen bulging towards the center. Beware!
