I've broken several V60 glass line servers so I bought this one after looking for something sturdy to do pourovers with. I was really drawn to the design and color (I chose red) and I find Hario products generally well made (though often very delicate). This coffee scoop works really well to keep my pourovers hot when I'm ready to drink them. It doesn't keep its contents as warm as my Zojirushi travel mug (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00HR0WZP4/ref=twister_B07JHZH8ZP?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1), but it works for my morning coffee. Every guest I've made coffee for with this coffee maker has commented on how great it looks. I probably wouldn't buy it again though. There are several minor issues that combine to make this an overly faulty product for me. They are: 1. As mentioned in other reviews, it is impossible to completely empty this coffee server with the lid on. The construction of the lid does not allow the final amount of coffee to be poured out. For the last sip of coffee you have to remove the lid.2. Speaking of the lid, the lid cannot be disassembled for cleaning. The plunger (the part that locks/unlocks the spout when you push the lid lever down) cannot be removed and doesn't provide enough space to effectively clean the lid where coffee residue is greatest. After six months of use, the lid smells like old, stale coffee no matter how many times it's washed. Also, after rinsing the lid, some liquid always stays in, no matter how hard I try to shake it dry. It's very annoying.3. The exterior color, while very attractive, is very delicate. It scratches very easily.
