This is the second pair I've bought. As you can see from the photos, the same thing happened to the first pair. But I thought maybe it was me so I bought a second pair. But imagine, I NOT! The biggest design flaw. Check out the reviews, I'm not the only one this has happened to; broke in the same place. There is a weak point in the headband in the area of the connector from the headband to the earphones. In the same way, after the second pair failed, I attempted to contact Monster to see what they could do about it. But Monster and/or their customer support doesn't exist! They don't respond to messages. Buy another brand that has a customer service department that recognizes customer queries.
