Maybe it's because I had some toiletries, but that's not a very nice toiletries (unfortunately). It doesn't hold its shape well, and the material is a rough nylon that doesn't feel comfortable, but isn't nearly as soft as the fabric layer. If I was traveling a lot or in a training camp, this product would fit into that vibe very well, but not for everyday use. I have pitch black; maybe it looks better in other colors? Also, these are good toiletries. It's a lot bigger and has a lot more bays and slots than I'm used to, but that's why I bought it and not the smaller one it replaced. If you really want to pack your toiletries before you travel; it must be big and strong enough to handle it. I think if I ever replaced this product I would buy something that looked and felt more premium and hopefully last for many years to come. But this product definitely does the job.
