Review on 🔧 Dorman 902-100 Engine Coolant Water Outlet: Perfect Fit for Select Saturn Models by Mat Thompson

YouTube has a video on how to adjust this item with the engine off. Make sure you have an oscillating cutter, I've tried a dremal tool, won't work. A cheap Harbor Freight oscillating knife sliced through the plastic header like a hot knife through butter. If I had used the right tool, this would have been a 20 minute project. The problem with this part, and why I'm not giving it a five star rating, is that the base isn't level. Tried sanding by hand. Unfortunately I didn't make it flat enough as it's still leaking. So I have to remove it and sand again until it's perfect. I guess I'll have to buy a cheap grinder.
