They are easy to use, we burn very well, you have to cut the fuse or they will burn out. I was hoping for the crackle of burning wood but was a bit disappointed by its absence. I will say that I have not read the listing guide here on Revain. I thought it sounded easy and just went with a grand piano and a prayer, so our first three candles came out beautifully with no experience and no guidance. I think reading the instructions even if you don't follow them is good advice.
