POOR quality (mould) and no customer service - see photo
After just a few uses, nasty MOLD started to form in a bunch of spots on the skin of my pizza. I followed the care instructions and let it air dry completely after cleaning. However, mold began to appear everywhere. Bamboo/wood must be of poor quality or not properly finished - I have never seen bamboo/wood tools mold so easily. I contacted the seller but never received a reply. So that others don't have to learn it the hard way, I'm sharing my experience here. Unless you plan on never peeling the pizza skin, be careful.
