These are very good dryers. We use them in our vacation rentals. Unfortunately we had to replace one because the plastic clip holding the dryer broke. It's very disappointing that a perfectly usable and working dryer has gone in the trash because a crappy 10 cent plastic clip broke. Spare parts were not available. I bet most of these dryers end up in the trash because that clip broke. I really hate throwing it away when it goes against the product design approach. We bury ourselves under mountains of rubbish, and such products only make things worse. MAKE THINGS FIXABLE!
