Exactly what I was looking for as a measuring tape for my bunch of keys! I removed the smaller o-ring from the lock and placed my usual large keychain o-ring and this is now my regular set of keys. I carry a tape measure with me wherever I go, how handy that is! Yes, it's small and not as heavy as the big Stanleys, but because it's light and small, it even fits with my O-ring keys and easily fits in my jeans pocket. Here are the pros: PROS: + It's 34 inches long (and I find it long enough to measure most things when I'm out). To unlock and fully insert the band, I push up and the band goes back!+ Band Reading - For a small 1/4 band, I was pleased with how well I could read the measurements on the band+. Utility - Does what it's supposed to - useful for on the go. This is not a heavy duty 50ft or 100ft 1 inch wide tape measure, it is exactly what it is - a small and lightweight travel tape measure. I highly recommend this lightweight tape measure from Stanley!
