There are a couple of things that I do not like about this Hand Grip Strengthener: *When you reduce the tension on the gripper, the front lever moves so close the the rear lever, that there is so little room between the two, that it is useless.* I don't like the position of the finger slots on the front lever. They don't match-up to where I want to place my fingers, and are uncomfortable when squeezing the device. I would prefer that the front lever be left smooth, so one isn't required to position their fingers where the mfg. designed them into the handle. *When you squeeze the gripper, the spring pops with every compression, which is very annoying. I didn't opt to return this item because they actually do perform their stated objective. Which is to strengthen your grip, however, I would not purchase this particular item again, because of the listed dislikes.
