I like how organized everything looks in one space! Having all of my tasks for each project under its own subheading has made me feel so much better about managing them when compared with other programs/apps we've used before (Evernote).
The ability to search by keyword would help if there were some sort of organizational folder setup where certain keywords could take users directly into those folders without having an additional click necessary - this might not make sense from reading above but maybe someone else knows? We're using Eaglespace as our primary task management system because nothing was working well enough at first until now after switching over fully last week; however since then many features are missing including custom fields which means less flexibility than what others offer out-of box suchas Asana does.- Allowing multiple people access easily through sharing links instead requiring everyone who wants full control create their account separately will definitely.
