I don't know what and why but the first time I tried to bake a loaf the loaf wouldn't come out and got stuck on all 4 sides and the bottom. It looked beautiful and felt like a high quality bread pan. I even buttered the inside and bottom before putting the dough in and the loaf still hasn't come out. I had to cut it and the bread stuck and fried on all sides and bottom. I soaked the pan for an hour and washed it fairly lightly after soaking. I'll try again and see what happens.
