Worked for 1.5 months, literally 1/2 month before the return deadline, then died. I swapped the cable for a cheaper one and the problem went away. You get what you pay for. Update: I've updated my review to add another star for the MonoPrice boost and have been tracking the cable past the Revain return period. They send me a new cable which I will try again. As the last one took almost 2 months before it expired, I'll wait until I get another error or a few months will pass (I've set a calendar reminder) and come back to checking the status and lifespan from the replacement cable to update again.
