In May I bought a set of 10 replacement EZ Ink cartridges. The only cartridges I had to replace at the time were color cartridges and there were no problems with them. In November I used one of the 4 black cartridges in this pack. My MFC J870dw printer could not recognize it. I saw one review that said EZ Ink's customer service was great and another that there was a manufacturing issue that customer support was able to resolve to get new cartridges. Following this advice, I went to my original Revain order (under My Orders) and used the Revain process to email the seller using the link in my completed order history. EZ Ink customer service responded to my email within an hour and said 4 black replacement cartridges would be shipped within a day. I received them quickly and at least the first of the 4 replacement cartridges worked without any problems. Along the way, EZ Ink's customer support team kept proper communication. My 5 stars for their excellent customer service and ultimately for their product which worked just as well in my printer as the manufacturer's product.
